I Was looking for fractal softwares, and found an interesting page :

professional artists/developpers/others looking down to amateurs...

Pretentious, aggorant professionals. 

"it's not professional" "it doesn't look serious!" 

Hate dem. whenever I tell professional people that I draw, they look down to me.
When I say that I have mastered Gimp in half a day and photoshop isn't harder, they laugh at me

until

I show them. And then they ask for a demonstration, betting that I'm not able to draw.

then I draw anything they want in 5 min.


So I regain my honor, I do that for all "amateurs" who are despised by those "professionals".

years of studies doesn't give you the right to despise anyone, dudes.



I never studied painting.
But I see myself as a painter. 


qualifications, papers, money, studies, age ... Shouldn't give you more than your true abilities!



So... If someone goes "it doesn't look professional" on your work, well, who decided that the professional look is the best? 

I think "amateur" work has more soul. And I think a work with its creator's soul is more interesting than a flat, neat-looking, highly technical but un-personal work.

I'm back now ^^ 

still got the flu (since 10 days-Ffffffuuu..!!! ) but I think I'm on the way to recovery

(yay I can get up and eat wohoooooo !!! )

 
and surely will be able to draw properly again in a few days

everyday I read amazing fanfics on the internet, and I'd like to write some, buuut... I s*ck at writing. and every time I see a fanfic, I think I should write too, 



But I realized that the last "fiction" i really wrote was in may, 2014... I haven't tried to write anything after having bad critics on this text, I looked at it and found it really shitty.  I fear that I'll never be able to write again.

when i was little, I was told at school that I had a talent for writing, but after seeing better works and receiving bad critics (and seeing my own work's shittiness compared to other's ability to draw feelings out of their lines)  during the spring of 2014, I haven't been able to write anything in nearly 1 year.

I miss writing. I know that's stupid, but anyone can meet with the blank paper artblock, no? I'm just having it since last year's spring. :/

I might try to write in french, my own language, before trying to directly write in english...


I'm looking for people who speak and write well english to help me improve my writing, and/or translate my first fiction of 2015


because ARTBLOCK is something I really hate, and even if it's only a tiny fanfic, I'd like to beat this block!

so, anyone's up for a collab writing?
